How do I make a purchase on SWEAR?

Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our terms and conditions.

When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select your size (there is a size guide for every item) and the quantity, then click ‘Add to cart’. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or you can proceed to checkout.

Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. No matter how many items you have in your shopping bag you only need to check out once. We ship worldwide with the exception of Andorra and Cyprus. Please choose your shipping preference, then proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement before we initiate our validation process.

What payment methods does SWEAR accept?

SWEAR accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express via PayPal. 

Which currency can I buy in?

SWEAR processes all orders in Euros (€). While the content of your cart is displayed in your local currency you will check out using Euros at the most current exchange rate. Please note that € always refers to EUR.

Exchange rates used by Swear are refreshed twice a day based on the rates at XE.com. Although rates are automatically scheduled to be updated at 00:00 GMT and 07:00 GMT, the updates might take place up to a couple of hours after their scheduled time.

Shopify will always process orders in the store's operating currency – Euros (€).

How do I know my new item will fit me?

Every item on SWEAR has a size guide. Please consider our size guide to view a conversion chart. For a specific size or measurement query, please contact our Customer Service team. If the item doesn't fit you, you can return it using our free returns pick-up service. Please refer to our returns policy.

Will my personal information be kept private?

We guarantee that all personal data will be kept private and confidential, and that we will never give out any of your information without your authorization. For further details, please see the SWEAR privacy policy.

How does the E-Gift Card work?

1. Choose the value of the E-Gift Card you want to offer, and add it to your cart.

2.Swear E-Gift Card has no additional processing fees.

3. When you check out, you will receive an email (along with an order confirmation) with a link to your very own E-Gift Card page.
 You can share the email (url) or print out the page.

4.You do not have to use all of the E-Gift Card value at once! Once used, your E-Gift Card page will update to reflect the remaining balance of the E-Gift Card.

How much time do I have to use the E-Gift Card?

SWEAR E-Gift Cards are valid for six months after the purchase.

Where can I use my E-Gift card?

You can use your E-Gift card online at www.swear-london.com

Can I change the value of an E-Gift card after I've paid for it?

Not at this time.

Can I ask for a partial or full refund on an E-Gift card?

Not at this time. 

Orders and Shipping FAQs

How will I know my order has been received?

After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified.

How long will it take to ship?

We aim to ship within 5 days, however exceptionally, SWEAR reserves the right to delay shipping, please see our Terms of Service.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed you can cancel your order by sending an email to help@swear-london.com. You have 24 hours to cancel your order.

When will I be charged?

If you paid by PayPal, payment will usually be taken immediately. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method.

If you paid by credit card, payment will usually be taken once your order is approved and ready for shipping. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may reserve the money, meaning that you can't use it for a short period. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will simply cancel the transaction and there will be no need to process a refund. 

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order. All shipments are processed by SWEAR's partner carriers. For a shipping cost estimate, see our shipping information section. From time to time we offer promotional shipping rates that will not be reflected in this table. For details on these rates, please refer to the promotional banners and newsletters.

Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?

We cover the cost of import duties on orders to the European Union, USA, Canada, China, Australia, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic Of Korea, Kuwait, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, U.A.E., Japan - the price you see is the price you pay. For all other customers, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.

How can I expect to receive the goods?

All orders will be delivered in SWEAR packaging, which will protect your items and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide with the exception of Andorra and Cyprus.

Can SWEAR ship to more than one address in a single order?

We can ship one order to one address. If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us. It is not possible to change addresses to a different country.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Once your payment details have been verified and approved, we will ship your order with the service you have selected. Please refer to our shipping section for more information.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

At this moment we do not deliver to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions.

 

Returns and Refunds FAQs

Does SWEAR accept returns?

We offer a free collection service to all customers for Product(s) you wish to return except in relation to certain types of products as set out in the Returns Policy.  Please note that we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. To book a free returns pick-up e-email us at help@swear-london.com.

How long do I have to return SWEAR products?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the Product to us. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back in time.

Condition of returned SWEAR products

Please ensure returned SWEAR products have been not worn and are not exposed to damaging elements and include all the packaging components, such as external box, internal packaging and individual dust bags. Returns that are soiled or damaged through wear and tear may not be accepted. We recommend that products are tried on carpeted surfaces as to minimize any damage, should you decide to return them.
