As SWEAR London is a made-to-order brand, all orders will be ready to be shipped in 5 weeks after the order was placed. We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays during special times of the year such as Christmas, Easter, and August holidays. Please, keep an eye on updates for any delivery timeline changes prior to these periods.

* SWEAR London products do not qualify for free shipping.
* We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

*Orders outside the EU may be subject to Customs & VAT fees when the shipment reaches its destination. SWEAR London is not responsible for these fees. Please consult your local customs authorities with any inquiries.

Damaged or Not as Described Products

If you receive a shoe that is damaged or does not match the description provided on our website, you are eligible for a refund. In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days after you receive your package and provide clear photos of the damaged or misrepresented item. Our team will review the images and assess the situation promptly.

 

Failure to Deliver Within 5 Weeks

We aim to deliver your order within 5 weeks from the date of purchase. If we fail to meet this delivery timeframe, you are entitled to a refund. Please notify our support team if you have not received your shoes within the specified time frame, and we will initiate the refund process.

Exchange Policy

At SWEAR London, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. That's why we offer size exchanges within the first 15 days from the shipping date

If the item you received doesn't quite match your size preferences, you can exchange it for the correct size within this time frame.

Please note that our exchange policy specifically pertains to size adjustments and the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with no signs of use
